Our head doctor, Dr. Pavlovic, is an Osteopathic primary care physician with extensive experience in physical medicine, nutrition, and hospice care. Dr. Pavlovic obtained his degree from UNT Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He has years of experience in functional medicine with a strong focus on osteopathic medicine. Having worked in hospice for many years, Dr. Pavlovic understands that the health and wellness we experience in our youth impacts the health and wellness we can maintain as we age. Dr. Pavlovic educates his patients on healthy nutrition, gastrointestinal health, physical health, herbal nutraceuticals, and more.
Dr. Pavlovic and his team put together three different concierge health membership plans that put you in control of your health and wellness. Our first membership plan, the Signature Health Membership, includes a new patient comprehensive intake appointment, an annual wellness check, and unlimited doctor appointments. In addition to that, you receive access to weekly therapies, including skinny shots, cellular healing treatments, and detox footbaths. This membership includes one EMSella session per month and online access to the founders’ series – Masterclass, with our founders, Shawnee Starr, a breast cancer survivor, and Dr. Pavlovic, our leading physician. This membership is $199 per month. This membership also gives you discounts on any supplements purchased at our clinic or website.
The second membership plan we offer is the Titanium Hormone Bundle. This includes all items listed under the Signature Health Membership, with the addition of a comprehensive hormone evaluation and optimization plan. This will ensure that your hormones are balanced and functioning as they should so that your body will operate optimally. This membership plan is $298 per month. All testing is done under the guidance of our in-house medical team at our technologically advanced clinic.
